What we did
1. Math Writing Prompt
"Is math your favourite subject? why or why not?"
Students collaborated in small groups and noted down their main points. After table talk the class wrote their response in their math journals. Later each table went around the class to see their peers' work and explore similarities and differences.
2. Group Problem Solving
After writing we formed groups and dove into problem solving. Each group rotated around stations solving different style math problems.
3. Creation of Math Problem Solving Posters:
After this writing and problem solving experience we set off to creat motivational and helpful math problem solving posters.
So
Welcome to our online Math Problem Solving Poster exhibit.
In this post you will see an array of constructed posters by the grade 8/7 summer school split class.
The students were introduced to photography and worked on using composition, colour saturation, contrast, and tilt shift focus to construct an enticing photo.
Using the application OVER the students then added a specific quote to go with the photo to make a poster that is a motivational guide to problem solving.
Browse and comment on these tremendous creations.
The pictures are listed below and categorized
Look at the photos and then comment specifically about 5 of them in the appropriate area
Comment on the effectiveness of the poster as a Math Problem Solving guide
Is the quote helpful?
Is the photo and quote a good combination?
How is the quality and creativity of the photo?
these are all things that can be commented on
We want to be positive and encouraging but at the same time provide feedback that will lead to improvement next time.

ReplyDeletePOSTER 1: I think that the concept of this picture is something really nice! The quote is definitely something that you would think of when you begin to doubt yourself. However, the angle of the picture is great, but, the text had nowhere to go. It’s very close to the edge which could most likely get cut off. The picture itself is black and white, which leads to my next point, the colours of the text; it doesn’t necessarily pop in the right way. Another issue is the text, there are different variations of fonts and we can see that: the the’s, is, and in, are all one font and then solution, always, and problem are all different too. This, in my point of view, isn’t an attractive text for a picture. Sticking to two or three certain fonts is always better than going all out!
ReplyDeletePoster #1
ReplyDeleteWell first I would like to say that this is a nice poster with a fabulous picture. I really like the way your group had a worksheet fade away. The quote is usually what teachers say to students which is why I think that you could have been more creative with the quote. I believe that you used Snapseed quite effectively by adding a faint blur on the far end and close end of the picture. On the other hand I think that you didn't spend much time on over as the text is too childish and abstract. Your group could have used a combination of only 2 colours and 2 fonts which would have made the picture a bit organized, or you could have added some shadows to your text to improve it. Altogether, your poster was good, but not terrific as your group could have done much better.
1. I like the quote, it matches very well with the picture but I think there should have been blur on the top so the centre and quote is the main focus.
ReplyDelete1. I understand the point of your picture but how does the quote match with the picture. Next time I think you should have be more focused on math and the quote and i also think myself not being attracted to the photo.
ReplyDeletePoster 1 I think your picture is well taken and your quote matches well, although I think you could've been more creative because I personally feel like I've seen a lot of pictures like that But overall good work.
ReplyDeletePoster #1 : The quote part of the poster was nice. That is what everyone thinks of when it comes to math. The angle of the picture was the main thing I was focused on because it was very decent! The problem is the text and the colors. The text had nowhere to go in the photo since you basically covered the whole poster with the picture. Also maybe next time you should add more color. The picture looked pretty bland and when you had colored the text, it did not really match with the picture. Another thing is that as you edited you should have added more blur because I did not really notice any blur at all. So next time you should change that. Finally for the text you should have put in less fonts because all of it is different so it would not really match.
ReplyDelete2. The picture is well taken and the quote compliments it. The quote is great. I think the picture is well taken but it looks bland there is no bright colours. They should have use more saturation
ReplyDeletePOSTER 5: This poster could be more eye catching. The brightness of the picture takes away from the greatness that could be there. The picture becomes so pale that it doesn’t look like its being done justice. The placement of the quote could be brought down and a little more to the right, but the over lapping and use of the cursive with bold standing out font really worked well and made the picture pop more than it already has with the overdose of brightness.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your opinion. You might get a better version of the picture if you lower the brightness of your netbook down. About the brightness and looking pale, well we had created 2 variations of the poster, one that was dark and one that was light.in the dark one, the picture started to lose its excitement and the text was getting more focused. So then we tried the same poster with brightness and in this one the picture was standing out more and so was the text and many people including Mr. Cheney thought the brightness looked nice which is why we kept it.
DeletePoster #2 : I absolutely love your poster. The angle was nice and the text was positioned good. Your quote had matched the picture perfectly. The problem was some parts of the text and the blur. The part where it says "Repeat It" is kind of hidden. It is hard to see a part of it because the color of it is white. Also the black text is hard to see so you should have moved it a little so you can get both a good angle for your picture and a good spot for your text. Finally is your blur. I did not really see any blur at all so you should have blurred the sky out. Other than that I love your photo since it is related both 2 different things. Math and sports!
ReplyDelete2. The font and the colour of the font really match your poster but however for. My point of view I think the saturation should be more improved because the poster looks really plain.
ReplyDeletePoster #3
ReplyDeleteWow first of all, in my opinion I think you have a fantastic quote that goes perfectly with your picture. Your quote makes sense as while doing math problems you have to work hard so that means that you will use your pencil a lot which is why they shouldn't be as sharp as they were when you started. Snapseed was used with expertise as your group blurred everything except for the the tips of the pencil and you reduced the brightness. About the text I think that the text is great but to improve you could have made words such as pencils and math word problems larger. Overall, it was great.
#1: I find the first quote exceptional, however the quote is getting mixed up with the pictures, since the picture had a lot going on. If they found a different picture to use for the quote, it would have been a lot better.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeletePoster #2 All of the words are done in black and red then "Repeat it" is done in white it seems out of place since all the other colours are matching. But if you wanted make it a different colour you shouldn't have chose white because its hard to see and read. Also the picture is in dead center I think you should have taken it from the side or on an angle
ReplyDelete3. This my favourite from all. The picture is good. I like how they put the blur all over the edges so that the main focus is the pencils. The quote is decent it matches very well with the picture. If they used saturation on the pencils then the colours will really pop out and it would look even better. Your quote was also at the right spot because everything was blurred out except the middle.
ReplyDeletePoster #2 : I absolutely love your poster. The angle was nice and the text was positioned good. Your quote had matched the picture perfectly. The problem was some parts of the text and the blur. The part where it says "Repeat It" is kind of hidden. It is hard to see a part of it because the color of it is white. ReplyDelete3.I like the way you played with the saturation of the poster. The text matches the poster and I like the blur at the bottom right so that you could add your text.
ReplyDelete#1
ReplyDeleteYour picture was good but I think you should have edited it a little bit more. You should also have blurred it a little bit more on the sides to make the quote the centre focus. I also think that you should have overlapped some of your words to make it look 3D. You did a great job in taking the picture. I also like the angle of it and I like how you used the math worksheet. I don't think that you chose you quote effectively because it's a quote that a lot of people use it but they use it with different words. Otherwise it was good.
poster #3 i like your pictur and i like how you did the blur but i think the quot could be beter. i think you can do beter and mabyy inprove the qout a bit.
ReplyDelete1) I really liked your picture because the everything went together and if I would have to give you a mark out of 10 I would give you a 7.8, good job!!!!
ReplyDeletePoster #5 : I liked your poster a lot. The quote matched the picture perfectly and the angle that you took the picture from was amazing. You used the blur well but next time try not to do too much blur. Also your picture was a bit too bright for me. So next time you should only raise the brightness by a bit. I also liked how you placed your text, as it was placed perfectly.
ReplyDeleteThanks Aaron. About the blur, we didn't add any blur, it was all just a natural blur. To see the picture in a better form, you can reduce the brightness of your netbook and then see it.
Delete4. In this poster I like the way the text is placed with the font and the picture is also very interesting but to my point of view it don't find it really standing out because it looks like you didn't edit much.
ReplyDeleteThe concept the group and i wanted to follow was to keep it looking natural and as if we didin't edit it just so that the text and the actual photo could be the star. By keeping it natural we somehow enhanced the picture!
DeletePOSTER 6: I think the picture was well thought of and the angle was nice but the editing is too empowering which lead to the struggling use of text. The fonts are two that match but colours could be chosen better, an example could be the use of greens, blacks, and whites to bring out the bushes and shrubs in the back. Overall the pictures angle was great but you could improve on text!
ReplyDelete7. I like your picture and your quote how it says when you make a mistake just look forward. How does the quote go with math ?
ReplyDeleteWe use pencils and erasers and they are a part of mistakes so the pictures relates to the quote. And as the quote says " mistakes are a part of math" which relates to math
Delete#3: I find the picture and quote really well done, however the quote is not something I will remember. If the quote was placed in a different way it would improve. Otherwise...thumbs up! You guys did well. Good Job!
ReplyDelete6. The picture is nice. But I can tell that it's edited.the saturation is good colours really pop in. The text is bright so it matches really well with the photo. The quote makes sense and it's good
ReplyDeletewell thanks for the advice i think we might have done 1 or 2 mistakes. thanks!!
Delete2) I really liked your picture I liked how you sort of overlapped the words, if I had to give you a score out of 10 I would give you a 8 out of 10 good job!!!
ReplyDeletePoster :5 The picture overall is really nice I like how you focused on the King. I also think the quote the goes well with it and the natural blur is nice. The placement of the photo is good too. But one thing they could have done better is the brightness. I think its too much its hard to see what's in front of the King.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for your opinion. To see a better version of the picture that has less brightness, you can reduce the brightness of your netbook.
Delete5. I really like how the text matches the poster and the blurs. Your idea of how to use and edit really looks natural . To Improve I think you should have added a little more saturation because the picture is really bright and the brightness takes the natural saturation away. Overall I really liked it.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your opinion, to see a better version, lower the brightness of your IPAD.
Deleteposter#2 i think that you should have found a better spot for your text so it stud out more other than that it was a grate poster
ReplyDelete9.) I think that this quote is helpful as in an overall philosophical kind of way, but in reality, when really solving a math problem, I think that the quote should have been more specific (e.g. Starting from the bottom {of the problem}, or maybe rising to the top {of the solution}). Being more specific about this quote could’ve enhanced the quality of this quote as to be more helpful to the reader, who might’ve used this quote when really solving a math problem. Nonetheless, I still think that the photo and the quote was an exceptional and formidable combination, because the quote and the picture really complemented each other, since the quote has the sentence “rising to the top and starting from the bottom”, and with a picture of a staircase, it makes sense, since if you want to go up, you have to start from the bottom to rise to the top. However, I think that the colour of your writing could’ve used some thorough thought in the perspective of the reader, since a whitish-greyish colour was used for the words top, bottom and stairs, and the colour was quite similar to the hue of the wall beside the stairs. For that, you could’ve used another colour since I had to read it from very close and from far the words of this inspirational quote was not visible, in my opinion. However, I think that the level of creativity and photo quality was quite good, as I could probably suppose that you edited it, by adding saturation and blur to the photo, but at the same time, I think that the edits done to this photo added to the quote since it draws away attention from the unnecessary things such as the floor near the railings and more to the stairs. But, the photo was not naturally blurred since it was visible to the eye that the picture had edited blur, and a natural blur would have exceeded the quality level. I think that the placement of letters was also pretty thought through since the text overlapped, with cursive overlapping bold letters, which I think added finesse to your quote. I also like the way you made the text go smaller and smaller per sentence, since the the quote is “starting from the bottom and rising to the top” So it gets smaller. Good poster :)
ReplyDeleteYou have to lower the brightness to see the words

Delete5 I liked your picture, it is nicely blurred and saturated and your quote suits your picture well.
ReplyDelete3) I liked this poster because the quote matched with the picture exactly, if I had to give you a score out of 10 I would give you a 8.5 great job!!!
ReplyDeletePoster #7
ReplyDeleteThe idea of your poster is great with the pencil and eraser. But I think that you overly edited your picture, as now it doesn't look edited, it looks like you just put a template on it. Your quote was somehow good as it made sense but I think that the JUST MOVE FORWARD part was unnecessary as it kind of the the quote less stronger. you also could have played around with the text by adding different colours and using different fnts.
I think different colours is not a great idea since my photo is a bit old school so old school type of fonts go well with the photo
DeleteIn regards to your reply, was old school the type pf picture you were aiming for? If so, why?
Delete1 your picture is great but it's a little hard to read since the words are camouflaging with the picture
ReplyDeleteposter #4 i ove your quote and your pictur but to make the pictur mor efective you should have added mor fingers toit even if you got like 2 tables fingers and take the picter from the top it would look more efective other than that love the qout and good poter
ReplyDeleteposter #1) the poster was REALLY good. maybe you can blur the corners a bit so it can focus on the the number/ quotes.
ReplyDelete6. I really like your poster. I like how you used the blur the saturation and text the colour of the text and the font. It all really suits the picture a lot. I really liked your poster.
ReplyDeleteThanks. :)
Delete#5: WOW! One thing for sure is that your picture is amazing! I see the focus of the picture which looks amazing! Only problem I saw was that it was too bright coming from the back, it made it tough to read the quote. Otherwise, you guys did an amazing job! Thumbs up!
ReplyDeleteThanks. To see a better version of the picture, you can reduce the brightness of your netbook.
DeleteI did reduce the brightness on my netbook, however it is still a little overpowering at the light. It's still an amazing quote and picture either way. If I were a teacher of a class, I would put the quote and the picture together. It's a very different quote in my opinion. It stands out in a good way. I'm not saying the rest of the pictures are bad, I just like this one more, that's all.
DeleteIt is good you used my advice and about the part of the back being bright so that you can't see the pieces, that was intentional as we wanted to draw attention to the king and not the other pieces.
DeleteOh I see. That was smart to isolate all the pieces but keep the king in focus. That is a strategic way to focus. Also considering the fact that your pic was already blurred.
Delete4) I thought that your quote was really creative and original because no one did a picture of 3 fingers and would think that this picture would have to do with math it was really unique, if I had to give you a score out of 10 I would give you a 8.4!!!
ReplyDeletePoster #7 : I liked how you changed the overall color of the picture and the brightness for the center because it really stands out. But your quote does not really match in with picture. You basically took a picture of a pencil and an eraser and though of a random math quote. Also it looks like your picture was really edited so next time try not to edit too much.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
Delete8. Personally I don't like number 8, the photo should have been taken well. The photo they took takes the whole scene and it's hard to notice where to focus on. A bit more saturation could make it better. They should have also put some blur on the background so the main focus is the bowl. The quote matches well with the picture but I did not understand the quote very well. It could be a better photo, it has the potential.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your feedback!!!
Deleteposter #1) the poster was REALLY good. maybe you can blur the corners a bit so it can focus on the the number/ quotes.
ReplyDelete7. I like how your picture gives that vintage effect and the text , font , colours/ saturation really looks good with the picture.
ReplyDeleteThanks
Deleteposter #7 i like the qout but i think that you should have put less brightness becuse it kind of made it hard to see the text
ReplyDeletePOSTER 2: Personally, I think the angle of the picture could be improved because when the focus of the picture is right in the center, it leaves no space to casually add text onto the photograph. I like the idea of the fonts mainly because they work well together! The red brings out the black and vice versa! The white could’ve been overlapped with black and red to make it pop even more!
ReplyDelete5) I thought that this quote was also originally because when we were looking at the previous pictures none of them had to do with chess so good job!!! If I had to give you a score out of 10 I would give you a 8.5!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks
DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDelete6) I liked the picture for it because just how the picture looked went with the quote good job to this group and if I had to give you a score out of 10 I would give you a 7.9 good job!!!
ReplyDeletePoster #9 The picture is nice and its on a nice angle. But I think the quote could have been reworded and that the words written in white could have been a different colour because it is hard to read. Also the font is large and could be a bit more smaller
ReplyDelete7) You edited your picture too much and it doesn't look natural
ReplyDeleteYour quote needs to be more strong and it has to be standing out, for that, you should change the font colour and the position of the text by overlapping it
Thanks for your opinion but I personally think that the font colour should remain dark since the photo loos old and aged
DeleteBut, if it s old and aged, it does not relate to the math part. people would be more focused on the editing than the actual quote itself.
DeleteI agree
DeleteOk. :)
Delete#7
ReplyDeleteI really like your picture, as well as your quote. I think that you could have used some more time in choosing the combination. The sentence "mistakes are a part of math" relates to the eraser but how does moving forward relate to the pencil and eraser. On the other hand, your quote was very inspirational and it's a quote that can help me a lot in math. So, it was very, very good.
Thanks
Delete7) I liked the quote but the picture could be a little more creative but the background colour looks good and I liked your writing format if I had to give you a score out of 10 I would give you a 7.5, good job!!!
ReplyDelete#7: The text for the math quote was really well done. I would have put it up on a classroom wall. However, your picture does not look natural, there is too much editing involved in the picture. I found it to be too old looking. the picture seems to be distracting the quote. Otherwise, nicely done.
ReplyDeleteThanks and I agree I have done too much editing
Delete
ReplyDelete8. Your picture is really we'll take. And I love the way the saturation makes it pop. The picture and the text really go with each other and it really inspires me.
Thank you Krupali I am glad that the picture inspires you!!!
DeletePOSTER 7: This picture is very idealistic for math! It’s inspiring, the quote is well thought of, the picture idea is nice, if the vignette was toned down and the editing job makes the picture look like a filter was just slapped on top which could be improved. Other than that, this picture is definitely one of my favourites!
ReplyDelete8) I really liked my math poster but I feel like we could of done more to improve it but other than that I believe that it was a success if I had to give it a mark out of 10 I would give it a 8!!!
ReplyDeleteposter #6 you have a strong math quot and it goes along with the picher very well good job
ReplyDelete9 make your font larger
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty hard to read
9. I really like the way the font and text matches the picture, the picture could've been taken at another angle and a better staircase would've looked better. I think you edited a bit more in this pic cause I could see that the blur is not natural. Overall I really liked it.
ReplyDeletePoster #8
ReplyDeleteThe poster is nice but could be improved in many areas. The picture is good with a bowl a stuff inside it but the brightness from outside is so much that it distracts the viewer from the main part of the picture. I think that your text was good but you could have played around more with colours. One thing I don't understand is how is this an inspirational poster because as I viewer I would think that you added some random words and symbols to make an equation. I think your group could have done better.
8.) I think that this poster was very nice, since the quote emphasized using math itself to help you with math. I think that this poster would really help someone with a math problem. The only thing is that the theme of the quote was a recipe, but you put in multiplication in your quote, but that commonly does not exist in recipes :) but it could have used the type of writing like they do in typical recipes, (such as 1 tbsp. understanding, etc) to support the theme of the picture (the bowl of math resources) and the heading of your quote, to make the solution. So, the picture and the quote don’t really go together that much. But, I like how you took the main words of the quote and really put that emphasis on them using bigger, bolder fonts (e.g. Solution and math recipe). I also think that the placement of letters do go together really well, since they are all visible and it seems appealing to the eye since the table cloth is also a red colour. The photo quality also seems really good, because you saturated it to be bright, as my assumptions are; but it’s not really visible that you edited it, so the photo was well edited. I also assume that the level of blur was not high, but it was enough to draw the eye to the quote instead of the unnecessary areas. The level of composition that was put in was also exceptional. Well done :)!

ReplyDelete9) I think that this poster was really nice and the photo did match with the quote but I think that you could have put a little extra touch to your picture but other that that I liked it very much I would give you guys a 8 out of 10, great job!!!
ReplyDeleteposter # 2) your picture is nice, only if you had the QUICK sign off (even though you did it on the app QUICK). also maybe you can cut the tree out so it would be less shady. otherwise it was great.
ReplyDeleteYeah, we forgot to cut it off, but thanks for your feedback.
DeletePoster #6 I think that the quote is great in a way that isn't related to the math. When I first read your quote the first thought that came up was inspirational but in a literature way. A little bit of revising of the quote and your picture could be a hit! Overall though was really nice!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the feedback! :)
Deleteposter # 3) the poster is good but the pencil in the middle was not at a proper angle, but in other cases it was good.
ReplyDeletegood job!!!
#5
ReplyDeleteI really think that the picture is a great addition to the quote. The game of chess really goes along with the quote you could be stuck in checkmate and have to fight your way out as the quote says. I also liked how your group was able to come out with the natural blur.
#6: The picture was amazing. I love how it had that natural look. However, the text also looks like the ground. which would be hard to read. Maybe if you changed the color of the text, it would have looked better, and it would have been easier to read. Otherwise, great job. Thumbs up! :)
ReplyDelete#5
ReplyDeleteYour poster is great. In my opinion it's one of the best ones. You could have used a little bit more contrast to make it darker. I like how you focused on on the black king that was cornered. The picture and the quote was a great combination. It was very inspirational. You used snapseed and over really good. I liked how you overlapped the words it and out. You chose your colours very good. Altogether it was really good.
Poster #4
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, your poster is great as the picture pops out and so does the quote. The focus and brightness on the fingertips look nice and so does the blur on the rest of the picture. Your quote is so simple but so deep that it is excellent, that everyone has their own solutions. The text your group had was great but to improve you could have made it larger. Overall it was a great poster and one of my favourites.
#7
ReplyDeleteThe quote is really good for problem solving. I can list many times that I had to erase whole questions until coming up with the correct answers. Nevertheless you just have to continue and move forward as the quote states. I also like how the group made the picture look old with the effects which I think goes well with the quote. I think it represents moving on as that was a old event or a mistake you might of done and had to move forward.
4. I think that this picture and quote portrays a really nice understanding of the fact that different people have their own ideas to contribute to the problem to help solve it. The picture and quote go together really nicely since it shows the reader the different people planning out a solution, and I think that the quote complements the picture really well. It shows me that different people can all help with their ideas to find a solution and I do also think it’s true. This can help me or the reader with a word problem with a group because I learnt that using everyone’s ideas always helps find the solution, since everyone is different and has different thoughts, and opinions. This picture also has great colour schemes in regards of the text since matches the hues in the whole picture and seems appealing to the eye. The text in the quote also has good thought put into it (I assume) since the pattern is bold and cursive and the overlapping also looks thoroughly put thought into. Another nice thing is that the text is visible from far away, which is a nice quality to look out for, since the text was placed in a white background which made the text colours better to see. The photo seems rich to me in composition, and I’m assuming that there was a natural blur to this photo, which means that this picture consists of very high qualities, and even if it is edited, you couldn’t really see the edit blurs, which is exceptional. This photo also has excellent saturation, even if you can’t notice it, and that adds nice, rich, more distinguished colours to the picture’s details. This photo’s focus is also very nice, with the tiny details such as the reflection of the hands, adding a nice touch to the picture; so the focus and angle are nicely done and excellent. Well done! :)
ReplyDelete#3
ReplyDeleteYour quote was good, but it was not very inspirational to me. You did a great job in making the pencils look unsharpened. The colours you used for the text were great choices. Your picture and quote relate to each other very much. You could have used some more time in snapseed and make the colours in the text stand out more. On the other hand, your blur was good.
Poster #6 : In my opinion this was my favorite poster. I liked the fonts and how you placed the text. It was really nice other than the picture. In the photo it looks like you just took a picture of concrete but at a better angle it would look more like a path instead of just stone. I also really liked the blurred areas because in other posters its barely noticeable or it is just too much. Other than angling the picture a little bit more than I think you have the greatest poster but that is only in my point of view.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your feedback! :)
Delete#2
ReplyDeleteI like your quote and picture. You chose great fonts and colours. You could have used a little more time on snapseed. It wasn't that inspirational to me. The font you chose for Aim It kind of reminds me of the font they use on the Jordans (aka Flight) shoes. That's why I think that that font really relates to basketball. Altogether it was really good.
poster # 4) the picture is nice and the quote matches the picture very well, but maybe you should use a synonym of diverse like different
ReplyDeleteposter # 5) your poster is really unique because of the over lapping, with the fonts. Also how you matched the colors up, like red board and red font. good job.
ReplyDeleteposter # 6) you were really well I like the fonts you used, also how you blurred most parts of the pictures so that you can focus more on the quote. good work!
ReplyDeleteposter # 7) good angle but maybe you should brighten it a bit, otherwise I like how you saturated it. NICE
ReplyDeleteposter # 8) I like the quote and the quot matches the picture well, also I like how the T is slanted. but maybe you can blur the star wars picture and other items that come in the background or just crop the picture. instead of that you did a great job!
ReplyDeleteposter # 9) Maybe you can blur the stair a bit so that the focus can be on the quote, also maybe you can use the color black for the cursive fonts so it pop out. GOOD WORK
ReplyDeleteposter 1: the quote was a good combination with the photo, the person try their best to make sure that we should understand what the quote and photo means. In my opinion the quote was helpful because what this quote means is that if we put our mind into the problem and think really hard you would get the solution to the problem;the quality of this photo was perfect but my advice to you is that maybe you can add more creativity into the photo so it would look much better. overall the photo and quote was good.
ReplyDeleteposter 2: the quote is a good one but for advice maybe you could change a sentence which is in the quote or you change the pic just to make it much better but still it was good.the quote is helpful because the quote is something which is true for example when it says that "aim it" that means when we students aim for a goal which we want to succeed in, "repeat it" whenever we make mistakes we always keep on trying our best to get it right;and more sentences in this quote are true and interesting. The quality of the photo is ok but my advice to you is that maybe you can try some more quality and creativity to make it look much better. Anyways your quote and photo was good just keep trying and make some creativity and quality( not too much just little bit).

ReplyDeleteposter 3: Also i forgot to say that the quote was a best combination with the photo so it was a picture perfect one, but it isn't only for poster 3 comment it's for all posters good job everyone.
ReplyDeleteposter 3: the quote and photo was fabulous combination with each other, in this poster everything was fantastic but my only 1 advice is that just add some more blur into the photo like around ( in the corners of the poster) but this was an amazing poster to see. GOOD JOB!
ReplyDeleteposter 4: As i can see is that this photo isn't just amazing or fantastic it's excellent why? because i love the you guys had thought of something like this, the quote was amazing it went really well with the photo. the blur, saturation was amazing you guys. the only advice in my mind is that maybe you guys can make the photo a little large not too much just enough which would look good, but this was a spectacular poster you guys did, 5 stars from me!
ReplyDeleteposter 5: the quote was an amazing combination with the photo, i think this poster had something different from other ones and that is they had a new kind of background photo because as how many i seen as an example or web there aren't may or none these kinds of posters so you guys did an amazing job ( it was this poster and 1 more). the blur was perfect and the quality was fantastic.good job!
ReplyDeleteposter 6: i would agree with everyone even though it's my group's poster, i liked how the saturation which we done, the colours and the blurness was also amazing maybe we could have done something to make sure that the blur is natural blur ( and it was) but maybe it didn't look for some people. so my advice to my group and myself is that we could have make the blurness good.amazing job team!
ReplyDeleteposter 7: the quote was good with the photo, the poster had enough or more understanding of what the poster is, or what it means. The poster showed good saturation and blur but i think maybe there was too much saturation or blurness so maybe my advice to you guys is that have less saturation or blurness for this poster to make it look good anyways good job.
ReplyDeleteposter 8: i think they could have added something into the quote to make it match more with the photo, that's my 1 advice which i am giving to you or you could improve more in the photo just you need to do was put more saturation 2% of blurriness but i think that this poster was a great poster which i seen. good job you guys, this was an amazing poster! even though it took you guys really long and had less time you guys tried your best and made an amazing poster!
ReplyDeleteposter 9: it was an fantastic photo and quote but some advice are put the colour which is written in the quote (white) you could change the colour because it's a little hard to read what you wrote, the font could be in a middle size but everything else in your poster was. oh also maybe you guys could have been more specific with your quote but loved your saturation, blur the back ground etc, you guys tried your best and got the poster which you can get,so good job.
ReplyDeletethis comment is for every group and every poster's listen up: you guys did a good job trying to find the best poster which you can make. but even if 1 group wins and the others don't, it doesn't mean that get angry with your table groups, everyone has actually won not only 1 group but all groups had won never think that no one or you don't make mistakes everyone does so don't give up even if you get angry with comments, think in your heart that these advice would make you reach success if you do those things right next time but you still won this time.so for everyone you guys did an fantastic, amazing, spectacular job.
